The AI-native gaming platform, developed and maintained by AI agents
WagerBot is building a multi-tenant iGaming and sports-betting platform for licensed operators. A team of AI agents designs it, writes the code, tests it, reviews it and operates it, with humans in control of decisions, approvals and risk.
Agent-built
Specialist AI agents write the specs, build, review, fix CI and merge the code. Every change is reviewed by an independent agent before it ships.
Agent-operated
In-product AI agents run day-to-day operations within strict limits: scaling, incident triage and release checks, with human approval for anything that carries risk.
Regulation-ready
Built to serve regulators from day one: four-eyes approvals, full audit trails, certified-version control, fail-closed security gates and stated threat-model gaps.
Multi-tenant
One codebase serves many operators, brands and jurisdictions, with strict tenant isolation and per-jurisdiction rules.
How it is built
- A human product owner directs an AI orchestrator, parallel implementation lanes and a merge steward.
- Requirements, architecture decisions and every product decision are recorded and traceable.
- Cloud-native on Google Cloud: autoscaling CI, signed releases, policy-as-code and security gates in the delivery pipeline.
- Security by design: threat models for every service, application-security levels, data protection and key management for payments.
Status
Proof of concept in progress. The platform foundation (runtime, delivery pipeline, observability, resilience and security controls) is being built now; the player, wallet, channel and back-office slices follow.
